Reflection and Share back Assignment
Self-reflection is an important leadership skill that promotes knowledge retention and the
development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Over the year, LEND trainees are
exposed to a variety of community experiences and seminars focused on disability topics. The
primary purpose of this refection and share back assignment is to provide an opportunity for LEND
trainees to reflect on their LEND experience, make connections between the various LEND
experiences and their disciplinary program, as well as identify how the LEND experiences will
inform their future work in the field. This assignment involves monthly reflections and two share
