ITP Self-Assessments and Self-Reflections

During the year, you will have several opportunities to assess your individual leadership competencies and reflect on your goals going forward.   This kicked off with the MCH Leadership Competency survey you completed over the summer and was discussed during the first Session on September 10th.

Other key dates included:

Sept 9:  Submit your definition of leadership and review the definitions submitted by fellow trainees.

Upload here by midnight:

Jan 5:  Submit your Mid-Year Self-Assessment and Self-Reflection (self-assessment elements are included on page 6 of this document, for your reference) about your progress toward meeting your ITP objective. Your reflection should discuss your successes, struggles, and what you learned from the process and from your conversation in class. You should include at least 2 specific examples or anecdotes as evidence of your work.   Be prepared to discuss in the LEND Session:  LEND Leadership-Next Steps on ITPs on January 7th.
